Meet, Nick Longhurst
HEAD COACH & OWNER
From graduating university with a degree in Exercise Science, going on to coach some of the best athletes in the country, to now running my own fitness company… My passion through and through is helping people. Through my experience as an athlete and a coach, I’ve learnt that the benefits of training and exercise are FAR beyond the physical changes. I’m here to create life lasting impacts on people.
Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, or just being a more confident person… coaching to me is more than just giving people what they need, it’s helping them realise what they are truly capable of and building a belief within themselves that is unbreakable. We are not here to provide quick fixes, but instead to make lifelong changes.

RESULTS
The reason why we are all training in the first place, to improve ourselves! Results keep us coming back for more. Constantly trying to become a better version of the person we were yesterday.
ENERGY
Training with energy and being passionate about the process is paramount to achieve your goals. Keeping the reason why we started in the first place as fuel to keep us motivated.
ASPIRATION
Willpower to envision the version of ourselves we want to become, and instilling daily practices to get there. Knowing that we can accomplish anything if we want it bad enough.
LONGEVITY
Be in the game for the long haul and appreciating that change doesn’t happen overnight. Knowing that our daily practices pay dividends in the long term, but enjoying the process along the way.
MASTERY
Accept the challenge that training presents us, knowing that failure is apart of the process and putting in the work to master skills, movements and our bodies.
